You agree to use the app solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms of Service. You must not engage in activities that violate the rights of others or the law, upload offensive or illegal content, or misuse the platform.
Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from using the app to upload, share, or distribute content that contains any form of sexual, pornographic, or explicit material. This includes nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content. While we do not store images or data on our servers, misuse of the platform in any form, including the uploading of prohibited content to your browser storage using our app, is not allowed.
All services on Brief Memories are free of charge. You may donate via PayPal or other donation platforms to support the project, but donations are optional and not refundable.
Donations are non-refundable and will be used to help maintain and improve the app. They are not treated as payments for specific services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services without prior notice. We are not liable for the loss of any data stored locally on your device.
All photos uploaded are stored locally in your browser’s Database. We do not store photos on our servers.
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from data loss, browser storage issues, or device failure.
We may modify these terms or the app’s features at any time without prior notice whatsoever.
